About JEM EQUESTRIAN
Inspired by elegance in equestrian sport
JEM EQUESTRIAN was founded in 2025 by dressage rider Mietta Lumsden. Built from a passion for riding and a strong focus on presentation, JEM started with a simple idea — to create pieces that look good and feel right.
JEM EQUESTRIAN is about keeping things simple. Clean, well-made pieces designed for the arena, with attention to the small details that bring everything together. Everything is chosen with care, with a focus on quality and a clean, put-together look.
My Story
I’ve been riding for as long as I can remember, starting in the show ring as a young rider and following in the footsteps of my sister, Edwina.
At 14, I moved into dressage, and by 18 I was competing at Advanced level. Throughout it all, presentation has always been a top priority for me — and that starts with the small details.
I struggled to find products that were affordable, good quality, and still looked put-together. A lot of what was out there either felt overpriced or didn’t look right. That’s what led me to start JEM EQUESTRIAN in 2025.
JEM comes from the people behind me — Jodie, Mum, and Edwina — the family who support me every step of the way.
